[Mehra Luxe] Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Handling Time (وقت معالجة الطلب)

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and packed within 3–5 business days (Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays like Eid and National Day).

  • You will receive a confirmation message (via SMS or Email) as soon as your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (تكاليف ومدة الشحن)

We deliver to all major cities and regions across Saudi Arabia (including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Medina, and others).

3. Delivery Requirements (متطلبات التوصيل)

To ensure fast and accurate delivery by our courier partners (like Aramex, SMSA, or SPL), please make sure to provide:

  • Your Saudi National Address (العنوان الوطني) details (Building number, Street, District).

  • A valid and reachable Saudi mobile number (starting with 05xxxxxxx).

4. Cash on Delivery - COD (الدفع عند الاستلام)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery for most cities in Saudi Arabia.

  • Please note that courier companies charge an additional service fee for COD (as shown in the table above). To avoid this fee, we highly recommend paying via Mada, Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay at checkout.

5. Order Tracking (تتبع الشحنة)

  • Once your package is handed over to the shipping company, we will send you a tracking link via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

6.Missing or Damaged Shipments (الشحنات التالفة أو المفقودة)

If your package arrives damaged, please document it immediately with a photo and contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery at Support  Email mehraluxe0@gmail.com / WhatsApp Number +9660559275875 

  • We care about your satisfaction and promise to resolve any delivery issues or order delays as quickly as possible.

Key Reminders for Saudi Arabia:

  1. Weekends & Holidays: In KSA, Friday is the official weekend. Shipping companies usually do not deliver or pick up packages on Fridays. Make sure to adjust your delivery promises to reflect this.

  2. Mada & Apple Pay: Mentioning local payment methods (Mada, Apple Pay) helps build trust and encourages customers to prepaid, which saves you from high COD return rates.

  3. Language: It is highly recommended to translate this policy into Arabic on your website, as most local shoppers prefer reading policies in Arabic.
